* Data Information
  -Region: US Mid-East Coast Region including Chesapeake Bay (74W~78W, 34N~40N).
  -Period: July 2002 to December 2008.
  -The NASA standard Kd(490) images were derived using the standard (NIR) atmospheric correction algorithm and Mueller (2000) Kd(490) algorithm for the open ocean with the mean composite method.
  -New Kd(490) images were derived using the MODIS-Aqua NIR-SWIR combined atmospheric correction algorithm (Wang & Shi, 2005; 2007; Wang, 2007; Wang et al., 2009a) and the new Kd(490) algorithm for the Chesapeake Bay (Wang et al., 2009b).
